Founder and CEO of Lean In LLC, a diversity, equity, inclusion and health equity consulting firm, Dr. Jabraan Pasha is a practicing physician and educator, who is dedicated to the promotion of diversity, equity and inclusion. He received his undergraduate and medical degree from the University of Kansas, and his internal medicine residency training at Mayo Clinic Arizona. He most recently served as assistant dean of student affairs and associate professor of medicine at the University of Oklahoma School of Community Medicine. He currently serves as national vice president of health equity for Juno Medical, as well as medical director for Juno Medical’s healthcare center in the Historic Greenwood district in Tulsa, OK. In the midst of the pandemic, Jabraan advocated for the health of his community on several, national news outlets such as CNN, MSNBC and NBC. He serves on many local, regional and national boards and committees, including his role as president of the Tulsa American Heart Association, vice chair of the Telligen Community Initiative, and vice chair of the American College of Physicians Membership Committee. Having presented 150+ times nationally and internationally, Jabraan is an experienced diversity equity and inclusion facilitator whose compassionate, empathetic and disarming presentation style has helped many individuals and organizations grow closer to becoming their best selves. A 2022 Aspen Health Communities fellow, Jabraan’s career is dedicated to health equity. He has received numerous awards for his leadership and diversity, equity and inclusion work. This April, the American College of Physicians is awarding Jabraan the W. Lester Henry Award for Diversity Equity and Inclusion.
