Main Exhibitor Fees
Full Conference Exhibitor Fee (Thursday and Friday) - $500.00
Non-Profit Exhibitor Fee - $250.00
Exhibit Set up & Breakdown: Exhibitors may set up on September 19th beginning at 7a.m. Exhibits will be open on Thursday, September 19th, from 8a.m. – 4p.m. and Friday, September 20th, from 8a.m. – 3p.m.
Exhibit fee includes one 6’ table for up to two (2) representatives. Internet access and electricity will be available at no additional cost. Exhibit space is assigned on a “first come, first served” basis. Non-profit exhibitors should contact [email protected] for a non-profit discount code.
Electricity can be requested but is available on a first come basis. You may request a specific exhibitor space by emailing [email protected] with your table selection. The exhibitor diagram with numbered exhibitor tables is available below. Electrical outlets are denoted by a yellow box. Once you've registered, please email [email protected] to make your selection.
Exhibitors may mail packages to the conference site at an additional cost of $10/package paid directly to Children’s Mercy Park. To mail packages, please complete the CMP Event Shipping Form. The event manager is Kristen Stivers.
Please note: Exhibit space is not reserved until payment is received.
Cancellation Policy: Exhibits may be cancelled, and the fee will be refunded, minus a $50 administrative fee, through August 30th. After that time, no refunds will be made. Cancellations must be made in writing and mailed or emailed with confirmation of receipt.
