Exhibit Set up & Breakdown: Vendors may set up on August 6, 2019 beginning at 7 a.m. Exhibits will be open on August 6th, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. – 4:40 p.m. and from 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. on August 7th, 2019.
Exhibit fee includes one 6’ table Tuesday and Wednesday for up to two (2) representatives. Additional representatives are $50 each (if you would like to be included in meals). Internet will also be available at no additional cost. Exhibit space is assigned on a “first come, first served” basis. Please note if requesting electrical outlet.
Cancellation Policy: Exhibits may be cancelled and the fee will be refunded, minus a $50 administrative fee, through 4:30 p.m. on July 23, 2019. After that time, no refunds will be made. Cancellations must be made in writing and mailed or faxed.
