Main Exhibitor Fees
Full Conference Exhibitor Fee (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) - $500.00
Please note: Exhibit space is not reserved until payment is received.
Exhibit Set up & Breakdown: Exhibitors may set up on September 13th beginning at 7 a.m. Exhibits will be open on Wednesday, September 13th from 8am to 3pm, Thursday, September 14th, from 8a.m. – 3p.m. and Friday, September 15th, from 8a.m. – 3p.m.
Exhibit fee includes one 6’ table for up to two (2) representatives. Internet access will be available at no additional cost.
Exhibit space is assigned on a “first come, first served” basis.
Please let us know if you'll need access to an electrical outlet.
Cancellation Policy: Exhibits may be cancelled, and the fee will be refunded, minus a $50 administrative fee, through September 1st. After that time, no refunds will be made. Cancellations must be made in writing and mailed or emailed with confirmation of receipt.
